Daniel Beverungen is Professor of Information Systems and Enterprise Systems at Paderborn University, Germany. His research interests include service research, business process management, and the design of innovative information systems. Christiane Lehrer is Associate Professor at the Department of Digitalization at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her research interests include data-driven innovation, user behavior, and sustainable information systems. Matthias Trier is Professor of Information Systems and Social Computing at the University of Paderborn, Germany and a Visiting Professor at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. His research interests include digital social user behavior such as the appropriation of social media and collaboration platforms in companies' digital participation, the influence of electronic discourse, cooperation in virtual reality, and event-driven dynamic network analysis.
