Peter Alderman graduated from Western Michigan University and earned a master's degree from Boston College. He went on to be an award-winning educator after teaching for thirty-seven years in Natick Massachusetts. He has written several children's book: Soccer Counts and The ABCs of Health. He also wrote The Rockets' Red Glare, an historical account of our national anthem accompanied by a CD by Platinum Award winning artist JoDee Messina. His popular first novel, Train Tracks second printing, is certainly not a children's book as it explores the darker side of life in a quick moving, riveting style. His second novel, The Good Man, follows a young boy's stumbling journey to adulthood guided by friends, coaches, and complex experiences.
