Dr Julie Morsillo is a Community Psychologist, with a PhD: Social action with youth: Creating a sense of community (2007). She is a senior lecturer in counselling at Eastern College Australia (formally Tabor). Julie previously taught psychology and community development at Victoria University, researcher at Australian Psychological Society, private practice, counselling co-ordinator at Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. She has worked for Victorian Equal Opportunity Commission, been a cottage parent and foster parent. Julie loves singing, playing classical piano, gardening, water aerobics, bushwalking and travelling with her husband, sons and granddaughter.
