Sarah Krivos learned firsthand how to heal herself from Chronic Lyme Disease and decades of emotional trauma. In her late 30s, she was drowning in unexplained symptoms, struggling to raise her young children and keep her marriage intact. She viewed suicide as a preferable alternative to living with the daily misery of Chronic Lyme Disease.Shunning her traditional Western medicine upbringing, Sarah journeyed into wildly unknown holistic territory. She tried alternative methodologies that healed not only her physical symptoms, but also her neurological and emotional symptoms. She learned that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves by turning inward and trusting the guidance that resides within. Sarah has attended seminars on natural healing, worked with a somatic trauma coach, taken part in Lyme Support Groups, and been vocal about her journey. Three of her short stories about Chronic Lyme Disease were featured posts in online publications. Sarah is a professional in the Financial Services industry. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband, children, and rescue pit bulls. She knows that health is a precious gift and is fortunate to have made a full recovery.
