Recently, she partnered with Alexandra Hedaya at Compass and co-founded the Erin + Alex Team, which specializes in new development. Erin is also the founder of Homegirl, an interior design studio. Recognizing a gap in the market, Erin observed that many homeowners overlook the importance of resale value in their renovation projects.
