From the reviews: This book, edited by Kruk and McDaniel, provides a collection of 14 papers, along with an introduction and conclusion. It is organized in five parts that nicely flow from one to another, topic-wise. The editors introduce the topic with a brief history and the current state of digital libraries, before getting into the semantic digital libraries and their applications. ! This book provides a good starting point for learning about semantic digital libraries. (Sithu D. Sudarsan, ACM Computing Reviews, May, 2009)
