After reading, Selling the Truth by Hersh Rephun, I am having a hard think about it. I meditated on my childhood when I had high standards of knowing the right answers and reporting just the facts. Then, I reflected on all my deliberate little white lies concocted to ""save"" people from emotional upheavals -- or my own. Finally, I examined the stories I made up that have morphed into the ""truth"" because I told them so often with intensity and conviction. Nonetheless, they were stories. Do I even know the truth?
