Rebecca Starling is an English trained farmer-florist who studied at the Royal Horticultural Society in London, the New York Botanic Gardens and the London Flower School. She has grown flowers in her gardens in a tiny flat in London, in the mountains of Switzerland, in the humid summers and cold winters of Nantucket and now on a micro flower farm on the coast of South Australia.
