Now based in Sinagpore, he has held roles in academia (Mysore University, India), consultancy and in business. His experience stems from his travels and roles held in Myanmar, India, the USA and Singapore. He is Founder President of the Singapore section of the ASCE and has authored over 100 papers and 14 books.
