Home (when he's not travelling) is in Southeast London. Beth Williams is a travel writer and editor for Rough Guides. She has lived in the USA and Germany, before coming home to East London. Her adventures have taken her to Southeast Asia, USA and through much of continental Europe. She likes seeking out new dishes she hasn't tried before and is a firm believer that you can tell a lot about a country from its local food market. Daniel Stables is a travel writer based in Manchester, UK. He writes travel articles for National Geographic and the BBC, and his debut narrative travel book, Fiesta: A Journey Through Festivity is coming out in early 2026.
