Wellknown for her work for The New Zealand Listener and New Zealand House & Garden, she is also the author of several award-winning books including Still Life, Coast (with Bruce Ansley), Homesteads and Nature - Stilled. John Walsh is a highly respected writer on New Zealand architecture. A former editor of Architecture New Zealand, he is the author of several books with the photographer Patrick Reynolds: New New Zealand Houses, HomeWork, Big House Small House, Auckland Architecture: A Walking Guide, Christchurch Architecture: A Walking Guide and Wellington Architecture: A Walking Guide.
