Rock Killough is a crusty, grizzled, well-read and spoken singer, songwriter, and musician. Over his lifetime he has seen it, felt it, heard it, tasted it, and done it all, well maybe not ALL, but a whole bunch of it.
He's written songs for and performed with some of the greatest country music artists, including The Oak Ridge Boys, Sammy Kershaw, Randy Travis, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams, Jr., Merle Haggard, Latimore, Jerry Jeff Walker, 4 Runner, Hank Snow, David Fizzell, Larry Cordle, and Coon Elder Band.
Now, Rock's creative wit and wisdom is brought to the world of short stories. His stories, available in print, digital, and audio versions, written and read in his own deep south, self-deprecating style, and scored by Nashville music veteran, Craig Morris, are an emotional roller-coaster ride. They are sure to bring smiles, goosebumps, snorts, chortles, tears, and a renewed appreciation for the often overlooked, awe-inspiring beauty of the world around us.
