In an era defined by digital dependence and evolving security threats, managing risk and building resilience in complex systems has become critical for public sector organizations. From infrastructure and healthcare to governance and emergency response, these systems rely on technologies that are vulnerable to cyberattacks and disruptions. Cybersecurity strategies, risk assessment frameworks, and resilience planning protect essential services and maintain public trust. Further examining both technical and organizational dimensions may highlight the need for adaptive, coordinated approaches that recover from challenges in a complex environment. Risk, Resilience, and Cybersecurity in Complex Systems and Public Sectors explores how public sector organizations identify, assess, and manage risks within complex, interconnected systems. It examines strategies for strengthening cybersecurity, improving system resilience, and ensuring continuity of critical services during disruptions. This book covers topics such as risk management, supply chains, and digital technology, and is a useful resource for security professionals, engineers, government officials, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
