Nozha Erragcha (Ph.D., University of Jendouba, Tunisia) is an Habilited Associate Professor in Marketing at University of Jendouba. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Manouba, Tunisia. Her research interests include digital marketing, consumer behavior, e-commerce, point of sale management and e-learning. Her contributions have been published in journals focusing on e-learning, marketing Rabiaa Romdhane is a Doctor of Management Sciences, Rabiaa ROMDHANE is a researcher affiliated with the Laboratory for Marketing Studies and Research (ERMA). Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Higher Institute of Management of Bizerte (ISG Bizerte), I combine extensive academic experience with professional expertise in the fields of marketing and communication. With a certification in communication techniques and personal branding, I have published several scientific articles in renowned academic journals and presented papers at peer-reviewed international conferences. My academic involvement has led me to hold various leadership positions. In addition to managing the 4C center at ISG Bizerte, I coordinated the Master's programs in Entrepreneurial and Innovation Marketing, International Management, and Entrepreneurship and Project Management. Committed to the development and facilitation of academic life, I have actively contributed to the organization and coordination of numerous international symposia and led several workshops. With a rich and varied background, I remain deeply dedicated to teaching, research, and the development of innovative projects in marketing and management, with a constant drive to promote academic excellence and innovation.
