'Resilience 2.0' will help you realise your potential with just the right blend of art and science.

Knowing what to do is one thing, knowing how to be is quite another.

Learn how to get back to your best even when the world threatens to do its worst.

Upgrading to Resilience 2.0 is about aspiration and orientation. It involves a seismic shift in attitude, approach and application. Resilience 2.0 is about learning to think and behave in certain ways that, when taken together, will positively influence outcomes to shatter whatever limitations we have contrived. The sum of resilient behaviours is most definitely greater than the constituent parts.

Supersizing resilience is the key to upping our game. This book focuses on five key aspects of cultivating resilience and sets out clearly how everyone can learn to improve each of them. The focus is on the processes required. If we learn to programme our lives correctly, the outcomes we desire will take care of themselves.

The beauty of learning to foster resilience using the skills, behaviours and attributes developed in this book is that they are endlessly transferable. Whether you are training for a marathon or planning for next week's appraisal, this book will help you.

Whilst training to become a teacher Will Hussey occasionally hypnotised his friends in to thinking they were chickens. He's still very interested in understanding how people tick (but not so much in the chickens). Will practises his forward-thinking strategies with primary school pupils, and from time-to-time lectures in learning, communication and congruence - amongst other things. He recently decided to write down some of his ideas, and hopes you like them. Will has completed three London marathons and the Snowdonia marathon (just about). He's vowed ""never again,"" again.
