Emmet McLoughlin is Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Events Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, where he teaches research methods for undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is also a member of the Welsh Centre for Tourism Research (WCTR) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Natasha Stait is Associate Lecturer in Business Management and Law and an Early Career Researcher at Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK.
