Reviews for Real Estate Terms - Financial Education Is Your Best Investment

Learn More In-Dept I have a background in Real Estate Development, so I agree with the discussion; am leaning particularly to learn more in-depth financial modeling for real-estate development, given different types of asset classes, acquisition vs ground-up development, etc. Marlene Neace Clear Methodology Herold is a great teacher, with a very clear methodology. He walks through a vast number of topics while always tying new concepts back to the underlying financial rationale. The terms he provides are well reasoned and thorough. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in pursuing serious real estate acquisitions. Ethel Duck
