Sean A. Wilson is the Mayor of Waynesville, Missouri, a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant and Bronze Star recipient with more than thirty-five years of leadership experience in military, civic, and faith-based settings. He is deeply committed to strengthening communities through public service, mental health advocacy, and leadership development.Sean teaches leadership training programs for emerging and established leaders, mentors youth and adults in character and communication, and guides community-based initiatives that build resilience. He has played a key role in disaster response and long-term recovery efforts, working alongside city, county, and regional partners to support families and restore community stability.As a Licensed Professional Counselor and QPR Master Trainer, he advances suicide-prevention education across Missouri while serving as a pastor and counselor.
