Jaroslav Zamastil is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Physics and Optics at Charles University in Prague. He has published a number of articles in the fields of mathematical and atomic physics. Jakub Benda is a PhD student of theoretical physics at Charles University in Prague.
“The authors accentuate the power and elegance of algebraic methods of solving problems in quantum mechanics. Symmetries not only provide elegant solutions to problems that can be solved exactly, but also substantially simplify problems that must be solved approximately … . Throughout the text detailed calculations have been given.” (Alex B. Gaina, zbMATH 1392.81004, 2018)
