Learn with your toddler from A to Z all about bedtime.

This soothing collection of bedtime words and illustrations is chock-full of things that toddlers will recognize as part of their nightly routine. Little ones will enjoy seeing drowsy Dad nodding off in front of the TV or getting cozy with blankies and a big pillow while grandpa reads a bedtime story. There’s also bubbly soap for the bath, a toothbrush for those pearly-whites, fuzzy slippers, and an eye mask. And of course, a hug, a kiss, and a lullaby before everyone drops off for some zzzs.

Another delightful BabyLit alphabet board book featuring Greg Paprocki’s classically retro mid-century art style that’s proven to be a hit with both young children and adults.

Reviews for Q is for Quiet: A Bedtime Primer

A gentle bedtime alphabet aims to help preschoolers wind down for the night. Each spread highlights a letter of the alphabet connected to a bedtime routine, with the uppercase letter placed in the top corner of the page. Sparse text keeps the focus simple: ""J is for jammies. K is for kiss."" Bright, detailed illustrations give children plenty to look at and may encourage repeat readings. While the concept is solid, there is little that sets this title apart from similar offerings. VERDICT A supplemental purchase where bedtime board books are needed.-- ""School Library Journal""
