Qingguo Chi is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Dean of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of High-Efficiency Special Cable Technology, Recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance. His research focuses on electrical insulation and power equipment.  Fei Yang, He is now a professor in the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi 'an Jiaotong University. He is a senior member of IEEE, standing director of IEEE PES DC Power Distribution Network Technical subcommittee, Deputy Secretary General of Electrical Contact and Arc Special Committee of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society.  Jinbo Zhang is the Party Secretary and Chairman of Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., he serves as President of the High Voltage Switchgear Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, Chairman of the Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment Committee of China Electrotechnical Society, Chairman of the High Power Testing Technology Committee of China Electrotechnical Society. Tiandong Zhang is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at Harbin University of Science and Technology. He is a recipient of the Heilongjiang Provincial Outstanding Youth and a High-level Talent (Category E) in Heilongjiang Province. His research focuses on advanced electrical insulation materials and insulation technologies.
