Shaorong Xie received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Intelligent Machines, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, and the Institute of Robotics and Information Automation, Nankai University, Tianjin, in 2001. She is currently the dean of the School of Computer Engineering and Science and the Associate Dean of the Unmanned Surface Vehicle Engineering Research Institute, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. Her main research interests include intelligent and autonomous robots, including computer vision, control technology of multiautonomous robots, and intelligent systems. Yifeng Niu received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China, in 2001 and 2007, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Computer Science, University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2012. He is a professor at the College of Intelligence Science and Technology, NUDT. His current research interests include autonomous control, cooperative control, and environment perception and cognition. Wenxing Fu was born in 1974. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in aircraft design from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2004. He is a professor and a doctoral supervisor with the Unmanned System Research Institute, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China. His research interests include interceptor navigation, guidance and control, multi-sensor fusion, and aircraft design.
