He has worked with SAS software since 1979 as a consultant, application designer and developer, programmer, SAS solutions provider, data analyst, educator, and author. As a SAS Certified professional, mentor, and educator at Software Intelligence Corporation and as an advisor and SAS programming adjunct professor at the University of California San Diego Extension, Lafler has taught SAS courses, seminars, workshops, and webinars to thousands of users around the world. He received his BS and MS degrees from the University of Miami. Lafler is a frequent speaker at international, regional, special-interest, local, and in-house SAS users group conferences and meetings.
