Gioacchino Piazza is a theoretical physicist specializing in particle physics, with a focus on axions, neutrinos, and flavor physics. He completed his Ph.D. as a Marie Curie Fellow at IJCLab, CNRS/IN2P3, and Université Paris-Saclay, followed by a postdoctoral position at the University of Zurich. He received his Master of Science in Theoretical Physics from the University of Rome La Sapienza, where he also earned his Bachelor's degree in Physics. Dr. Piazza has received prestigious awards such as the ""Orso Mario Corbino"" Prize and the ""Tito Maiani"" Prize for his relevant works on axion cosmology. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at numerous international conferences and seminars.
