Johan Strydom is a Professor in Marketing Management at the University of South Africa. Since 1997 he has been a member of the management committee of the Centre for Business Management, and was Acting Head of the Department of Business Management in 2004. He is currently Head of First Years Business Management, and is also Head of the Research Committee of the School of Business Sciences. Jerome Kiley is currently a lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Development at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Jerome runs the first year Industrial Psychology Program at the University of the Western Cape and lectures in the Honours Program in Human Resource Development at the University of Johannesburg. Andreas de Beer is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the University of South Africa. Maggie Holtzhausen is a lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management for the School of Management Sciences at the University of South Africa. She also works as consultant, specializing in labor relations and human resource development. Rigard Steenkamp is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the University of South Africa. Sharon Rudansky-Kloppers is a Professor of Management at the University of South Africa. She is currently the head of the First Year Section in the Department of Business Management. Cecile Nieuwenhuizen is Professor and Chair of the Department of Business Management at the University of Johannesburg. She is also the author of many articles and books on entrepreneurship. Mohammed Kara is a lecturer in the Department of Business Management and General Management at the University of Johannesburg.
