PRINCE2® is one of the world’s most widely used project management methods – but it’s often seen as complex, theoretical or difficult to apply in practice.

This book changes that.

Drawing on more than 25 years of real-world experience, Susan Tuttle brings PRINCE2® to life through clear explanations, plain English and relatable stories. No jargon, no unnecessary theory – just practical insight into how PRINCE2® works in action, and how it can be tailored to suit any project or environment.

Each chapter explains what PRINCE2® says, what it really means and how it plays out in real situations – including when it’s applied badly, and why that matters.

Whether you’re new to PRINCE2®, studying for certification or looking to apply the method more effectively, this book will help you turn best practice into practical results.
