The manufacturer recommends customers spot clean the tote bags and pouches as they get dirty instead of washing them. Typically you don't want to machine-wash a printed canvas bag because it can damage the print and shrink the fabric. If needed, the best way to keep it clean is to hand-wash with laundry detergent and warm water. For heavier stains, a scrub brush can be really effective, and for general grime, a terry cloth or regular wash-rag should do.
*It is not recommend washing the colored tote bags. They are made with dyed canvas and are not colorfast.*
