Although the author, Chad Eggerman, is a projects lawyer and partner of a law firm, this book is written in plain English instead of legalese.

This book follows the typical development life cycle of a project, starting from project structuring and moving through site acquisition, permitting, project agreements, financing and ending with project exits, decommissioning and dispute resolution.
