Lizzie grew up in Wiltshire, not far from Stonehenge - she has this to thank for her love of nature, legends and World Heritage sites. Now she lives in London, where she's written books about giraffes, oceans and plastic, and thought up lots of ideas for puzzles and activities, too. Samara Hardy has always loved to draw. Unfortunately for her parents, this was often on their walls with her mother's lipstick. Realizing she might make a career out of this she studied illustration at Falmouth University and, since graduating in 2014, has worked with clients across the globe on picture books, homewares, greetings cards and more. She currently lives and works from her home studio in a small village just outside Tunbridge Wells.
