Ray Sanders is the founder and CEO of Coaching Leaders, an executive coaching and revenue-generating business consulting firm that partners with Fortune 500 executives, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners to help them navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with growing their companies and strengthening their leadership teams (raysanders.com). As a CEO, Ray has grown multimillion-dollar organizations, advanced national and international brands, led a financial institution, served in a nonpartisan role with the United States Senate, led print and broadcast organizations, and pioneered initiatives to bring clean water to remote regions of the world. His leadership experience spans more than forty years. Ray is recognized by his peers as a leader of leaders, a whiteboard aficionado, and an innovative growth strategist with a passion for purpose-driven cultures and values-based leadership development. His business coaching, mentoring, and personal ministry have given him a unique perspective on the wide range of struggles leaders face in all walks of life. A skilled communicator, Ray has served as editor in chief for Oklahoma's largest weekly news journal, hosted an award-winning radio program, and been a keynote speaker for conventions, conferences, and campuses. He has published more than 150 articles and feature stories in print and online publications, including The Baptist Messenger, The Oklahoman, the Oklahoma Press Association, and others. Ray holds a BA degree from the University of Oklahoma. Ray and his wife, Stephanie, are the founders of Edify Leaders, a nonprofit organization that inspires and mobilizes leaders to use their influence to impact the world for good (edifyleaders.org). While Ray continues to lead a thriving business in the marketplace, he also dedicates much of his time to speaking and leading ministry coaches who encourage hundreds of ministry leaders as they navigate the challenges of life and ministry. A world traveler, Ray enjoys exploring new places with the love of his life, Stephanie. Together, they have six grown children and ten grandchildren.
