Barbara Ligeti has been a performer, spokesperson, writer/director, producer, and coach, in various media. As well she is a holistic health counselor certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. At Columbia University -along with her double major in psychology and theatre-she was trained at Columbia Teachers College as a corporate and private coach. She has also been trained in mindful meditation and Kundalini yoga. She has certifications in nutrition, dance therapy, and Movement for Autism, and is an acknowledged Pilates historian and master practitioner trained by Joseph Pilates' muse, Romana Kryzanowska, with whom she created educational films to preserve the original work. See Howard Kern is a corporate attorney. He earned his JD with High Honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was an editor of and published author for the Cardozo Law Review. He also has a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers College. Howard is the author of numerous articles and short stories, including the award winning ""Who's Going to Plumb the Toilet"". He also is the author of a memoir, Walking with Kerry, about a strong friendship that began with two men walking their dogs, and concluded with Kerry's succumbing to ALS, though he remains Howard's Guardian Angel to this day. With partner Barbara Ligeti he has created ShiftPoetry(TM) and co-authored ShiftPoetry(TM) in the Time of COVID-19.
