Manuel B. Garcia is a professor of information technology and the founding director of the Educational Innovation and Technology Hub (EdITH) at FEU Institute of Technology, Manila, Philippines. He holds a Doctor of Information Technology degree from the University of the East and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education at the University of the Philippines. His interdisciplinary research interests include topics that, individually or collectively, span the disciplines of education and information technology. He is a licensed professional teacher and a proud member of the National Research Council of the Philippines – an attached agency to the country’s Department of Science and Technology (DOST-NRCP). Dr. Garcia is the first-ever recipient of the Ramon Dimacali Award for Information Technology, conferred by the Philippine Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology, and has been recognized as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists for 2023 and 2024 by Elsevier. Joanna Rosak-Szyrocka is an Assistant Professor and Erasmus+ Coordinator at the Faculty of Management, Czestochowa University of Technology, Poland. She specializes in digitalization, Industry 5.0, Quality 4.0, education, IoT, AI, and quality management. She completed research internships at the University of Žilina, Slovakia, and the Silesian University of Technology, Poland. She has participated in multiple Erasmus+ teacher mobility programs in Italy, the UK, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and France. She has also delivered a series of lectures on Quality Management at universities in countries such as Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Hungary, and Italy. She collaborates with numerous universities both domestically (University of Szczecin, Rzeszów University of Technology, and Silesian University of Technology) and internationally, including the University of Tabuk (Saudi Arabia), Széchenyi István University (Hungary), the University of Faisalabad (Pakistan), the University of Humanities (China), the University of Technology Sydney (Australia), the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Romania), and the Federal University Dutse (Nigeria). She is also a member of the editorial boards of PLOS ONE, PeerJ, and the International Journal for Quality Research (IJQR). Aras Bozkurt is a researcher and faculty member at Anadolu University, Türkiye. Holding MA and PhD degrees in distance education, Dr. Bozkurt focuses on empirical studies in areas such as distance education, online learning, networked learning, and educational technology. He applies critical theories such as connectivism, rhizomatic learning, and heutagogy to his research. Dr. Bozkurt is also interested in emerging research paradigms, including social network analysis, sentiment analysis, and data mining. His work further explores the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into educational processes, particularly in the context of human-machine interaction. His dedication to advancing the field is reflected in his editorial roles as Editor-in-Chief of Open Praxis and the Asian Journal of Distance Education, as well as his positions as an associate editor for prestigious journals such as Higher Education Research and Development, Online Learning, eLearn Magazine, and Computer Applications in Engineering Education.
