Dr. Judith Alazraque Cherni is Senior Research Fellow and lectures part-time at the Centre for Environmental Policy, Imperial College London. Her research includes modelling of energy supply and demand, sustainable livelihoods, and renewable technologies. These progressed from her studies of international development, economics, and environmental sustainability. She has led and coordinated international research consortia; teaches and supervises postgraduates; and has authored many scientific articles, a book, and other materials. Dr. Simon Meunier is an assistant professor at CentraleSupélec, Université Paris-Saclay, and the laboratory GeePs (France). He obtained his PhD in 2019 from Université Paris-Saclay. His current research deals with low-carbon technologies and interdisciplinary approaches and he notably focuses on photovoltaic energy systems in developing regions. He is involved in postgraduate teaching and supervision and has authored a large number of scientific articles and works. Dr. Loïc Quéval is Associate Professor at CentraleSupélec, University of Paris-Saclay, Gif-sur-Yvette, France. He received the Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 2013. He is currently with GeePs-CNRS Laboratory. His current research focuses on the techno-economic assessment of technological innovations in the field of electrical engineering. He is involved in postgraduate teaching and supervision and has authored a large number of scientific articles.
