"Biofluid dynamics is a branch of biological engineering in which the fundamental principles of fluid dynamics are used to explain the mechanism of various physiological systems. Due to its inherent complexity in industrial applications. Biofluid dynamics has evolved as an important area of research often in conjuction with biomechanics and biomaterials. The study of biofluid dynamics facilitates to understand the flow mechanism of different biological systems such as cardiovascular or circulatory system, digestive system, respiratory system and blood flow through small arteries etc. The flow behaviour of biological fluids inn living organisms plays a crucial role in better understanding of clinical and pathological observations. For example many biological fluids such as blood, chime, bile, saliva, synovial fluid exhibit non-Newtonian characteristics and significant viscoelastic behaviour. The objective of this study is to illustrate the frequent and wide existence of non-Newtonian fluid behaviour with in a diverse range of applications both nature and in technology. Peristaltic flow has been an attractive and leading topic for engineering and technology research in recent years. ""Peristaltikos"" defines clasping and squeezing which gives a word peristaltic. Peristalsis mechanism have seen in human ducts by which fluid is moved through a pipe when compression otherwise relaxation crest inseminate on with its extent."
