In an era where digital transformation shapes business, prioritizing people-centered digital technology fosters ethical and sustainable practices. This approach emphasizes designing technologies that respect human rights, promote inclusivity, and consider environmental and social impacts. By prioritizing the people within digital innovation, organizations can build trust, enhance stakeholder well-being, and drive long-term value creation. This shift addresses growing concerns about data privacy, algorithmic bias, and digital exclusion while aligning with goals of corporate responsibility and sustainable development. People-Centered Digital Technology for Ethical and Sustainable Business Practices explores the impact of digital technology on sustainable business development. It examines the use of ethical frameworks to improve technological development, promote social welfare, create new business models, and enhance human-technology interactions. This book covers topics such as human capital, machine learning, and ethics and law, and is a useful resource for business owners, engineers, academicians, researchers, and data scientists.
