Hayley Paterson is a UK-based payroll expert and business owner with over two decades of experience in employment and payroll systems. She is the founder and director of The Payroll Guide Ltd, a consulting brand supporting UK businesses with payroll strategy and compliance, and Chanonry Payroll Solutions Ltd, an outsourced payroll provider.Hayley began her payroll career in 2003 and has worked across multiple industries, including the oil and gas sector, and payroll bureaux. Supporting organisations ranging from single-employee businesses to companies with workforces exceeding 8,000 staff. She founded Chanonry Payroll Solutions Ltd in 2018 and later evolved the consulting arm into The Payroll Guide to expand her educational impact.Based on the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands, Hayley lives with her husband and son.
