Paul, Lisa & Co is a primary school textbook that prepares learners for secondary German study. The A1.1 book uses an age-appropriate approach to the German language that is composed of five modules, each consisting of two sub-lessons. Each module is introduced by one or more of the text's protagonists in a specific life situation, and summarises the learning outcomes of the module. The lessons are natural, progressive and contextualised, and are organised step by step with a faster learning curve than Paul, Lisa & Co starter books. They are also interspersed with games to help relax the lesson, and feature a variety of exercises for students of all learning types. An audio CD includes all audio tracks and songs referenced in the course book.
