Anthony Alcide has dedicated his life to education, both as a passionate, dedicated educator and as an advocate for the growth and development of children. He holds a master's degree in Educational Administration and Management (London), along with a bachelor's degree with honours in Educational Administration (UWI). This academic background, combined with extensive training and years of hands-on experience in educational settings, has equipped him with the skills and tools necessary to advocate for prioritizing children's education. Throughout his career, Mr. Alcide actively engaged in facilitating parent-teacher collaborations to identify and address students' learning challenges; implementing strategies to strengthen school-family partnerships, ensuring parents felt empowered to contribute to their children's educational journey; and observing the direct impact of parental involvement on student performance, behaviour, and overall school culture. His professional experiences have shaped his conviction that education should not be the responsibility of schools alone, but a collaborative effort between educators, parents, and communities. Mr. Alcide lives in Ontario, Canada, with his wife and daughter.
