Angus D Birditt is a poet, writer, photographer and food producer with a background in history of art and the food industry. Under his portfolio, 'Our Isles', he writes and photographs around the British Isles, capturing and celebrating its history and our ever-evolving relationship with the landscape. With Lilly, he co-founded The Bridge Lodge in north Wales. Lilly Hedley is an illustrator, print maker and food producer based in north Wales. In 2016, Lilly co- founded the multi award-winning foraging food company, The Bridge Lodge, with Angus. She was recently included in the Business Wales 'Top 30 People Under 30' in Wales.
