The prevalence of diabetes underscores the significance of understanding the potential role of nutraceuticals—natural compounds found in foods or supplements—in influencing the course of this disease. The book looks at the latest research findings, offering readers a deep dive into the scientific mechanisms by which nutraceuticals impact glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and other pivotal factors in diabetes management. Covering both theory and practical application, the book provides valuable insights and recommendations for incorporating nutraceuticals into everyday life. From dietary adjustments to supplement considerations, the book addresses adopting lifestyle modifications that align with the goal of diabetes prevention and management.
