Robert Foucha is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Diver with twenty years of operational, leadership, and training experience. He served across deep sea diving, international maritime law enforcement, tactical boat missions, and joint operations with DOD and federal partners. He also instructed programs such as the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard Second Class Diver course, the Joint Diving Officer course, and advanced training in cold-water and ice diving, as well as underwater egress. Today he leverages his technical precision and problem-solving expertise to help organizations strengthen cybersecurity and modernize cloud infrastructure across both commercial and defense environments.
