Nigeria's Foreign Policy Since 1999 discusses the dynamics of Nigeria's foreign policy since the beginning of the country's Fourth Republic in 1999. George Awele Nwalie obtained his BSC, M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University, Russia, (also known as RUDN University). He currently teaches at the Department of Theory and History of International Relations at the same University. Yao Nikez Adu holds a PhD in Law and is currently an Associate professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, (also known as RUDN University).
