This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 12th International Conference of Innovation and New Trends in Information Technology, INTIS 2024, held in Tangier, Morocco, during May 30 – June 1, 2024. The 23 full papers and 15 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 82 submissions. They focus on the main layers of data-enabled systems/applications: data source layer, network layer, data layer, learning layer, and reporting layers while taking into account non-functional properties such as data privacy, security, and ethics.
