Mariana Fletcher is a public health leader, environmental justice advocate, and woman of unshakeable faith. Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, she was shaped by both military discipline and the quiet strength of women who pray storms away. With nearly two decades in public service, she has championed the health of vulnerable communities and currently serves in a senior leadership role for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She holds advanced degrees in healthcare administration and public health. Through her writing, testimony, and mentorship, Mariana points others back to the God who never walks away. She lives with her two beloved dogs and continues to walk by faith, speak truth, and write from the place where pain met purpose.
