We discuss problems such as noise, trespassing and harassment, and ways to resolve them. We take a more practical approach and focus on practical steps one can take to fix the issues. However, we also cover legal remedies where available.

This book is India specific, in that it deals mainly with common issues and legal remedies specific to India. However, many or most of the problems are common no matter which country one is from.
