Onur Ağırdil , PhD, is a scholar in the field of public security, currently serving as a faculty member at the Turkish National Police Academy. He holds a PhD in Public Security and a Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, both from the Police Academy. His academic research spans a diverse range of topics including public security strategies in France and Germany, radicalization through digital games, the role of artificial intelligence in Turkey’s national security policies, and state-level approaches to combating disinformation. Dr. Ağırdil’s work reflects a strong interdisciplinary focus, combining security studies with digital culture, strategic communication, and emerging technologies. Ufuk Ayhan is an associate professor with over 30 years of experience in public administration, security studies, and international police training. He holds a PhD from Gazi University and has taught graduate and doctoral-level courses on criminology, radicalization, intelligence, and global security. Internationally, he played key roles in United Nations missions in East Timor and Liberia, focusing on institutional reform, civilian oversight, and strategic policing. He has contributed to numerous international conferences and published widely on topics such as urban security, organized crime, and public sector management.
