Ufuk Ayhan is an associate professor with over 30 years of experience in public administration, security studies, and international police training. He holds a PhD from Gazi University and has taught graduate and doctoral-level courses on criminology, radicalization, intelligence, and global security. Internationally, he played key roles in United Nations missions in East Timor and Liberia, focusing on institutional reform, civilian oversight, and strategic policing. He has contributed to numerous international conferences and published widely on topics such as urban security, organized crime, and public sector management.
