Dr. Dhananjay Beura Dr. Dhananjay Beura is working as a professor in Marketing with BIITM, Bhubaneswar, having 22 years of experience. He has completed B.Pharma, PGDM and PhD in Marketing along with PGDM in digital Marketing from Purdue University, USA. He has developed his interest in core areas of marketing like Consumer Behavior, Brand management, Digital marketing & published many articles in international journals. He is also engaged in consulting activities related to strategic advisory with some of the Indian companies and advertising agency. There are eight trademark registered brands and two patent into his credit and few more in the pipeline to be registered. He is also engaged in conducting training program with few corporate and Govt. Institutions for sales force effectiveness and managerial effectiveness. He has published many articles in national and inter□national journal. Dr. Mihir Ranjan Nayak Prof. Mihir Ranjan Nayak has been practicing as a Management Professional since 1991 and contributed in the field of Management Education and Training including consultancy. He has rich experience of 33 years of service in the reputed organizations. He was the Registrar of BPUT-Odisha and made significant contribu□tion for setting up the University permanent campus at Rourkela. Dr. Nayak served in the KIIT University as Director Planning & Skill and contributed immensely in the field of International Training. Dr. Nayak served TATA as General Manager in HRD Division at Tata Refractories ltd. Odisha. He had also served IIPM which is promoted by L & T, ICICI, USHA Martin & Govt. of Odisha as the Director and established IIPM-School of Management. His experience also includes the Tobacco Giant In Tc where he has started the career in Quality Assurance. At present Dr. Nayak is spearheading the BIITM which is the reputed B School of the State of Odisha
