Uzma Sarwar has been serving as an Associate Professor at the College of Education, Huanggang Normal University, since July 2022. With an impressive track record of research excellence, her work has been featured in numerous prestigious academic journals, accumulating a remarkable impact factor exceeding 50. She is also a valued peer reviewer for several esteemed international journals, reflecting her expertise and recognition in the academic community. In addition to her journal publications, Dr. Uzma has contributed to numerous local and international conferences, presenting her research to diverse audiences. Her outstanding presentations have earned her significant recognition, including the prestigious Best Presentation Award, highlighting her ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and engage with the academic community. Dr. Uzma’s research portfolio spans a diverse array of educational disciplines, including educational leadership, management, comparative education, technology in education, and innovative teaching and assessment methodologies. She has also been actively involved in international research collaborations, furthering advancements in global education. Dr. Uzma holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Education from Shaanxi Normal University in Xi’an, China, and a Master’s in Education from The University of Lahore, Pakistan. Additionally, she earned a second master’s degree in Mass Communication and Media from the University of Sargodha, Pakistan, showcasing her interdisciplinary academic foundation. Her dedication to advancing educational research and practice continues to inspire meaningful contributions to the field, making her a prominent figure in the global education landscape. Tong Sanhong is the Dean of the Education College at Huanggang Normal University, where he also serves as a Professor and Master's Supervisor. With extensive experience in higher education, he has previously held key leadership positions, including Deputy Dean of the Education College, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Deputy Director of the Teacher Development Center. Professor Tong is actively involved in several educational associations and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Preschool Education Committee of the China Normal Universities Education Resources Sharing Alliance. He is also a member of the Hubei Psychological Society and a council member of the Hubei Preschool Education Research Association. Professor Tong’s research interests lie at the intersection of educational psychology, preschool education, and teacher development. He has led numerous provincial and ministerial-level education and scientific research projects, securing funding for 7 major initiatives. He is known for his work on the psychological development of children and adolescents, mental health education, and the development of effective teaching strategies in preschool education. His research has resulted in over 30 published papers and the publication of several influential textbooks, including Fundamentals and Applications of Psychology and Psychology Coursebook. He has also authored books on kindergarten science education, family education guidance, and regional collaborative teaching models in preschool education. Throughout his career, Professor Tong has received numerous accolades, including first-place honors at the Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards in Hubei Province. He has also guided students to win top prizes in national teaching competitions, emphasizing his dedication to excellence in teaching and mentoring. In addition, he presided over an online course that was recognized as one of the “Classic Cases of Online Courses in the Past Decade” by the China Online Education Alliance. His leadership extends to the development of key academic programs, such as his role as head of the provincial-level first-class undergraduate major construction site in preschool education. Furthermore, Professor Tong has been recognized for his ethical leadership and commitment to teaching, receiving the title of “Top Ten Role Models of Teacher Ethics” and the honor of “Advanced Worker” in ideological and political education in Hubei Province. Muhammad Waheed Akhtar is an Assistant Professor at the Rabat Business School, International University of Rabat, Morocco. He got his PhD in Human Resource Management from the International Islamic University in Islamabad. His research fields include employee career development, human resource management, leadership in hospitality and tourism, employee knowledge management, and deviant behavior. His recent research has appeared in the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Service Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and Journal of Knowledge Management. Muhammad Aamir received the Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer systems engineering from the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan, in 2008, the Master of Engineering degree in software engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2019. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Huanggang Normal University, Huanggang, China. His research interests include pattern recognition, computer vision, image processing, deep learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
