Praise for the Moontide and Magic Rise duology: The compelling first volume in a series titled Moontide and Magic Rise bodes well for the ones to follow.... A spectacular beginning of what is sure to be a successful fantasy series. --Publishers Weekly The first book of Sean Russell's new series, Moontide and Magic Rise, is good--surprisingly good, compelling, and intriguing.... It's great fun. --Locus This book is complex and well-written. --Kliatt Reading World without End is akin to perusing a narrative by an explorer like Marco Polo or Ferdinand Magellan. It has that true feeling to it. Sean Russell methodically reveals details until the reader has a full picture of this world and its peoples. --Starlog Tristam is an excellent hero who struggles not only with external forces out to do him harm, but with his own internal demons, which, even if they leave him alive at the end of this nightmare adventure, will leave him forever changed, forever haunted. --Affaire de Coeur
